Trash Pick up
All Trash must be Bagged and Tied
THIS IS A COMMUNITY RULE
-
Place bagged, tied trash in outside brown bin daily (dark brown bin on front porch)

They require kitchen size bags- we supply the first 7, but you may need to purchase more if needed.

Valet Trash pick up - they will walk up to the bin every morning to pick up trash. You don't need to bring to curb
-
There is no recycling - even bottles and cans need to be bagged and tied. No liquids please.

Loose trash will not be picked up and there is a $50 removal fee if you leave loose trash in the bin

Large items can be taken across the street to the dumpster by the clubhouse.

Boxes must be broken down and placed next to the bin or brought to the dumpster. Please do not fill boxes with trash or it will not be picked up.

Place trash in bin every night.

Pick up is usually around 7 AM daily

Gather, bag and tie your trash daily from bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, the back yard, pool area, garage and the front patio prior to checking out.

On check out day, place trash in bin as early as possible.

Garbage Disposal
There is a button on the counter next to the faucet for the garbage disposal
Keep Children Away - Do not put hands in drain while using

ONLY food should be put in disposal.

Please do not put steak, chicken or other bones, egg shells, coffee grounds, corn husks, peeled potato skins, balloons, or stringy items in the disposal.

Do not put bottle caps, hard non-food items or glass in the disposal. If something becomes lodged in the disposal, please call 407-792-4631, and do not turn on the disposal until it has been removed.

Please run cold water for a few seconds after you turn off the disposal.

If Something Breaks
Things Break! It happens!
If you notice something is not working correctly when you arrive please call.
If you have an accident and something breaks, please let us know as soon as possible so we can fix it or order parts if needed.
You won't be charged for normal wear and tear, however, just like in a hotel, if you break it ... you bought it!

Bathrooms and Bedrooms
Sheets and Towels

Please be considerate of the Bedding and Linens.

If the bedding or towels become stained, kindly wash with warm water and soap, or pre-treat and wash in the washing machine.

We don't ask you to do laundry, but we do ask that you take care of any stains so they don't set in and ruin the linens. Prompt attention will prevent damage to the mattress as well.

We provide dark colored face cloths for makeup removal.

Please only flush toilet paper. Do not flush feminine hygiene products, diapers, paper towels etc.ā
