When You Check Out

If you are leaving earlier, please let us know.

If you want a later check out, call 407-792-4631 and we'll let you know the cost and if it is possible.

2. Leave all dirty bed linens on the bed & do not make the bed. This will help housekeeping know the bed has been used and helps to keep the different size sheets organized.

3. Leave all dirty towels in the laundry room or bathroom. If you have freshly laundered linens and towels, please keep them separate from the dirty laundry and housekeeping will make the beds and put towels away.

4. Load the dishwasher with any used cutlery, dishes, pans, and glassware and start the wash cycle.

5. Remove all food from the pantry and refrigerator.

6. All Trash must be bagged securely and placed in the outdoor trash bin. Please Do Not place loose trash in the outdoor bin. Pick up any bottles from the yard, bag & tie, and place in trash bin.

**Please have as much trash as possible in the bin the night before you leave or before 7 AM when the trash is usually picked up for the day.

7. Turn off all lights and fans including pool and patio lights.

8. Dispose of leftover food and crumbs on kitchen surfaces and stove, as well as outdoor patio table.

9. Be sure there are no candles burning, the stove is off, iron is unplugged, and appliances are off. If you used a grill be sure it is off and food is removed.

10. Return all games & game pieces.
11. Have a last-minute check for all your belongings. Sign out of Apps on TVs.

12.Make sure that all exterior doors and windows are locked. Especially the front door, garage door and sliding patio doors.

13. Press any key on the front door and wait until you hear the locking mechanism, then check to be sure it’s locked.

14. Please text when you leave.
